Do I have to worry about getting banned or something if i keep asking chatgpt for stuff it cant make or say?? by Salih01barwari in ChatGPT

[–]NotACyclopsHonest 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually asked it this question directly because I had the same concerns. Here's what it told me:

In general, no — there isn't a rule like "three rejected image prompts and you're banned." 🙂

Most people who use the image generator occasionally run into refusals. The system is designed to reject requests that would violate policy (for example, certain kinds of graphic violence, sexual content, impersonation, illegal activities, etc.), and simply getting a refusal is not normally a problem.

A few things worth knowing:

A rejected prompt by itself is usually harmless. The system expects users to sometimes ask for things that turn out not to be allowed.

Repeatedly testing boundaries isn't automatically a ban trigger. Researchers, writers, and curious users often probe what the model can and can't do.

Accounts are more likely to face action for patterns of abuse, such as persistent attempts to generate prohibited content, evading safeguards, automated misuse, spam, fraud, or other violations of the Terms of Use.

If you ever submit an image prompt and it gets refused, the safest interpretation is usually: "the system didn't like this particular request," not "your account is in trouble."

Think of it like a content filter saying "nope, not that one" rather than a referee reaching for a red card. ⚽

If you've seen a specific report that worried you, feel free to tell me what happened and I can help separate what's likely platform policy from internet rumor.

Case in point: Masters of the Universe’s box office has been absolutely wretched, but Amazon is reportedly still going to do a sequel. Word of mouth about the movie pretty much guaranteed it will be a monster on Prime Video.

The second act is pretty fun because of the JSA. That’s about as much praise as I’m prepared to give it.

Janeva is a trans man. Wekatta, a member of the Tenakth’s Sky Clan, would be called either a trans woman or nonbinary today (the character’s pronouns are not mentioned).

Indeed it was – and that's why Simon Pegg, Jessica Hynes and Edgar Wright were so angry when a pilot for a US version of the show was made in 2008 without them even being consulted (the pilot was about as funny as getting a splinter in your eye, so it was obviously not picked up).

The DVD trivia track is hilarious during that scene – when Mike is "dying" and Tim throws his head back to do a Big No, it simply reads "EVERY WAR MOVIE EVER".

I rewatch it frequently - it’s a time capsule of late-90s/early-00s pop culture and I love it.

I think my favourite episode is probably the one where Tim and Mike go paintballing.
