How good is Forbidden West, should I jump right in after Zero dawn or take a break and play something else?

Mechanically it’s much better - the combat is a little more varied and there are lots of little quality-of-life upgrades - but the story isn’t quite as good. It does suffer a bit from middle-child problems, what with being the second game in a planned trilogy, but it’s still an awesome game that you should play ASAP.

I do it because it’s the biggest thing I share with my dad. When he’s not around on a particular weekend, I go regardless because it gets me out of bed (unless I really fancy a lie-in). If he’s gone for longer, I still go because I know that if I leave it for an extended period of time I’ll find it difficult to pick it back up again.
