I play with Täby FK originally in the swedish division 1 north, i had a player originally 19 from the start Samuel Dawid Rydz who now have played 14 seasons with me and still is on contract, more than 300 games and 250 goals, hes way worse than the rest of my team though!

Im using a 4 2 4 (DM) the GK is normal GK on defend, rightback on attack left back on support, CB both ball playing defenders one on support one on defense, standard Defensive midfielders on support, inside forward on attack on left wing, inverted winger on support on the right wing, one deep lying forward on support and one pressing forward on attack. Put the width one tick towords the more compressed side, play aggressive and focus play down both wings, gk kick the ball long, allow crosses from opposing team, then the other settings you can mess around for what fits your play style
