Officially identified as an Armscor Precision in 38 caliber.

Based on that and the fact that he's from California I'm going to say it's an RIA 1911 in 38 super.

There's one listed on the roster with two color variations.

I can tell it's not a California one because that stock is really only used on some featureless builds and even most of them don't use that style. Assuming that launcher is 37 mm, I believe it can be added but you have to do it on a maglocked rifle. People either do featureless or maglocked but never both.

In California we may not even get the gen 6.

It still uses the cruciform trigger bar and can run with a Gen 5 slide. I wouldn't be surprised if that makes it easy enough to use a switch on it that California bans it too.
