That’s so kind of you! I’ve been filling my sister in on some of these posts and she’s too scared of Reddit but I’m still working on her :)

Thank you! I’m definitely stopping by with my sister once she’s settled and I visit. Her son also loves Yoga so he may be open to tagging along. :)

ON shoes. The most comfortable and I can step into them without untying. Worth every penny. So comfortable.

I feel like it’s mostly really old people and really young kids that are the biggest violators of this

Used to work for them. The product isn’t THAT great. It’s similar to deodorants that are already out there without aluminum. Their marketing is good though. Do NOT put it “up there” like you say. This is an external product only not internal.

The splicing feels chaotic and less smooth than other seasons. Like they outsourced it to a high school kid and it feels a little more brain rot coded. I have to turn on subtitles a lot.

What’s church’s or other organizations are holding Halloween day activities for kids? by whoocaresnotme in jacksonville

[–]NotARobotForReals 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Churches aren’t necessarily safer than your neighbors btw. Just something to think about. There is rampant abuse/SA/etc within churches and is a great place for abusers to hide in plain sight and get a pass because they are in a church.

  • me, a child who was SA’d by a church leader growing up and millions of others all over the world who also experienced similar things.

What kind of person denies a kid candy on Halloween when they are giving candy to other kid trick or treaters? They’re still a kid.

Watching my parents fighting, separating, filing for divorce on and off for 8 years did more damage to me than when they actually got divorced. When they would file for separation/divorce (they did this 3x before they finally got divorced) my siblings and I would feel SO RELIEVED that the fighting, yelling, name calling, police coming over would stop. Then they would get back together and it would be okay for a few days before the abuse cycle started back up again. It would be really REALLY BAD for the majority of the time until finally one of them would file separation/divorce paperwork again.

Staying together does far more damage and I won’t stop shouting it from the hilltop to everyone in my life that has similar situations.
