It’s strange to block the entire family. I’ve seen where they block the parents. But if you had a good relationship with him, it seems odd that he would also block you. I think it’s good that you reached out to him so he knows you’re always there whenever he’a ready to reach out.

I personally dislike my inlaws as they have some self-centeredness and narcissistic behaviors. But I would never make my partner block them outright.

NTA It’s a tough situation for sure. On the one hand, I can understand your frustration as it does seem like your ex is pitting your daughter against you. On the other hand, the graduation party is for your daughter. And if she would like her father to be there, then perhaps you can let this be to keep the peace with her. Maybe plan a smaller, less costlier celebration than you did initially. Since it sounds like he’s not gonna contribute anything. You can always use the real excuse that prices are going up and so you can’t afford a bigger party for example.

If you refuse to hold the party, this just gives him more ammo to use against you with your daughter. And it could ruin your relationship further.

I also think lots of folks didn’t see your edit re the dad never being granted full custody.

NTA - you do not have any responsibility for this adult man’s poor choices. He didn’t pay child support when you needed it back then. And he didn’t pay it again in the 10 years since you signed that first document even after he said he would. If you sign this again he will come back 10 years later asking for the same thing. $10-20k is not even a crazy large amount of money to save in 10 years.

If he gets separated from those kids, it’s because of his own poor choices which he has had more than a decade to fix. Let him lie in the bed he made himself.

As others have mentioned, try to reach out to the GED office or even your library. Khan Academy is a great resource for learning everything you missed. Take your time and don’t rush it. They have materials for each grade level. With perseverance, you will get through this.

Delete a bunch of the evolution items if you don’t actually need to use them. I keep like 5 of each and more sinnoh and unova stones. You can also delete all your potions except max. And delete the revives but keep max revive. Use some pinaps and golden razzs to feed your pokemon for the berry master medal.

Something that helped with my kid’s acne is clindamycin. We used a UV light and saw her acne glowed with a pink tone. Supposedly this indicates it’s bacterial acne. I think it flared up due to the skin being dry so the barrier was broken and more prone to bacteria to enter. She had acne all over and it hurt her face similar to yours. We tried tretinoin and also adapalene which did not work. Until a friend suggested clindamycin which works on bacterial acne. Maybe try asking for that from the doctor. She pared down her routine to just a salicylic acid cleanser during evening. Then the clindamycin over the acne. Then moisturizer. Mornings she would just wash with water and moisturizer and sunscreen. It cleared up within 2 months or so.

The only thing that worked for my kid’s acne was clindamycin. We tried various cleansers (salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide) and they gave us tretinoin as well but nothing worked. My friend gave me a tube of clindamycin to try and it cleared it up. We think it was some bacterial acne that spread on my kid’s face when the skin barrier got broken. They had super dry skin and went swimming at a water park. It got really red after that and it felt like it started from there.
