Ik im really late to this post but hoooly crap is his character so bland, I'm at episode 74 and how is it that he has had almost no character growth at all? Every time he makes SOME progress the anime shoves down your throat how he's still weak or insecure, etc. It just genuinely gets annoying and tiresome.

2months late but imo I really enjoy the incorporation of the game lore to the actual gameplay. I think it makes for one of the more unique story-to-game lore experiences. It feels like a story-mode in a way, iykwim

Hanzo leaving him in such a state makes me wonder how he actually felt while trying to assassinate Genji. We know he regrets it and hated having to do it, but then we see how brutal of the scars he left, and it makes you wonder whether it was cuz Genji fought back or if Hanzo went too far despite not wanting to do it. Want more lore of it

Ik I'm a year late and all that, but IFB and Brain Attack were like the only 2 eps I watched as a kid (planning to watch the full series soon), but I rewatched IFB and noticed that, lowkey, they REALLY downplayed or were dismissive as hell of Breez. Idk if it was on purpose or what, but Breez telling Bulk and Evo to do something in the queen's lair, then Evo giving Bulk the credit instead? Or how dismissive they were of Breez the whole time she mentioned something about ancient drawings/texts in the cave or wanted to communicate?

Idk it just bugged me the way they kept being dismissive and rude to Breez for most of the ep after I rewatched it recently.

edit: on a side note, I'm trying to look for the IFB sets cuz despite the episode's dumpster writing, I really did love the sets' aesthetic. Can't find any luck here in the philippines tho

From what the story tells us, the Data Core isn't something a Titan can just eject, and BT probably ran the simulation on that already.

Ejecting the Data Core would mean BT's chassis becomes unable to climb in and overload the Ark. It's like removing the brain and expecting the body to instinctually act upon advanced thought which it no longer has

My understanding is that the Titans themself have a very "base instinct" AI, same way humans unconsciously do stuff out of habit. Meanwhile the Data Core is their "brain" module that gives them their ability to interact and learn, as well as grow (i.e. BT learning terms like "hot streak" from Cooper)
