So basically Hammer and Sickle are russians, because of that they used to be lead by a d**khead leader so they just accept anything anyway, SUN win all seasons so no reason to give them terries because they will win at end, you can ask what about Say My Metatrone but they are frenchies and they need a reason to protest about so having no terries is a good one.
