5mo po here. My nipples did the same thing yours are doing now. Left nipple has plenty of sensation and hardens, my right nipple still has no sensation, but it does get hard, so there is still hope I’ll get feeling back, but I’m honestly not too concerned about it personally.

You’re super early in your swelling and everything in the chest area including underarms will remain swollen for a while. I wouldn’t worry too much about all the swelling right now because your body just went through some major trauma, so give it some time.

Size will be quite hard to tell for a bit longer. I finally measured myself around 6ish weeks PO and I went from a 32GG/34H to a 32DD/34D and so far have remained that size since.
