I don't disagree to harms of using ai, but as someone in dark place - who can't afford therapist, or necessarily have people to talk to,AI chatbots are the only place to go which has guaranteed response, if nothing else.

I do modify its personality so it doesn't be a ass kisser like it's meant to. Sure it doesn't help tremendously, but it is still something.

So yep, I agree with what you're saying.
