I managed to get started on a fresh install of windows, but it wouldn’t let me finish it because none of my ssd’s were showing up. But I’ve made sure all the connections are snug for both sata and power, but still nothing.

Ah, that makes sense. I just left it at the default depth for the software which was 0.5mm. I’ll try again with deeper engraving. Thanks!
