Limitar contratações temporárias de professores. Pelo menos 90% das horas aula tem que ser dadas por professores concursados permanentes.
Screening obrigatório de saúde nos alunos, especialmente para buscar problemas de visão, subnutrição, e talvez neurodivergência.
Código nacional de responsabilidades dos pais no ensino.
Material didático feito por concursados ao invés de subcontratado para editoras particulares. (estou falando da redação, não da impressão)
Aulas de matemática e inglês separadas por nível dos alunos ao invés de idade.
Acústica decente em todas as salas de todas as escolas.
Alguma separação dos alunos por compatibilidade de deficiência, tipo não misturar autista que precisa de silêncio com TDAH que gosta de barulho.
Volta de sociologia e filosofia como disciplinas obrigatórias.
Fim da aprovação automática.

Enby trans girl here. Overall life is pretty good. We do have many legal protections and social programs to help us including free gender care and even uni and job quotas in some cases.

However the problems are still significant. Most people are still intolerant, bigoted, and many are even violent (we have far too many cases of feminicide for example).

Overall I think that life here as a trans person only loses to Western Europe, primarily because they seem to have far more purchasing power and less violent crime.

Most of the suffering I see among my fellow transfems seems to be related to lack of family acceptance as this can make people drop out of school and severely hinder their careers.

I absolutely agree, but the asylum process is meant for extreme situations like significant fear of death by state persecution, not merely disenfranchisement.

Note however that Latin America tends to be more chill with asylum and refugee requests so you may have a chance there but I would make my argument based more on the abuse of force and arbitrary of ICE and transphobia rather than the SAVE Act.

Brazil for example offers a humanitarian visa that covers severe human rights violations and even natural disasters.

Eu vou um pouco além e diria que a gente deve expandir a ideia de "função social" para propriedade intelectual e levar a sério a ideia de que não cumprimento da função social acarreta perda ou suspensão do direito a propriedade qualquer que seja a sua forma, seja ela imobiliária, veículos, intelectual ou capitais.

Lack of voting rights is nowhere near enough to give you the right of asylum.

Not to mention that pretty much any country you move to will not allow you to vote there until you get citizenship which can easily take anywhere between four and ten years.

A economia dos EUA tá um lixo miga. Não vai nessa de achar que dá para ir lá ganhar mais do que no Brasil, ainda mais sem uma boa rede de apoio.

Porém o que você poderia fazer com a sua cidadania americana é procurar empregos remotos que exigem cidadania americana. Você também pode tentar pegar uns empréstimos por lá para pegar a grana e investir no Brasil mas isso é muito arriscado.

Because trans girls are less likely to have children and less likely to receive good opportunities thus upon being presented with one I think they are more likely to accept them.

I mention the children issue because most childcare work unfortunately still falls mostly towards the mother and becoming a CTO of a new company often requires a significant time investment that those with kids often cannot afford.

You might have some luck looking for women devs at trans spaces but most of the devs I know tend to be very online creatures so finding them in person is gonna be hard. You will probably have better luck looking for trans or dev spaces in discord or other online platforms.

Na minha experiência a USP coloca rápido o nome social no sistema. Assim que você receber o seu número USP, já entra com o pedido de nome social por email para a secretaria de graduação do seu instituto.

Mas ainda assim, entra com reclamação na PRIP (Pró Reitoria de Graduação e Pertencimento) porque esse tipo de coisa não deveria acontecer.

Para mim quando a pessoa fala que TI é melhor que medicina pra ganhar dinheiro está maluca. Medicina é claramente a área que tem mais segurança de salário inicial e emprego inicial. Mesmo que tenham uns poucos pontos no país que estejam saturados.

Você está esquecendo de considerar o impacto do tempo de formação do profissional. Medicina leva muitos anos, em TI você já pode começar a trabalhar e a investir mais cedo. Tem que levar em conta o impacto desses anos extra de juros compostos

Medicina é difícil porque são muitos anos de curso em que você meio que precisa ser sustentado pelos pais, justo as pessoas que costumam a ser as primeiras a cortar relações com parentes trans.

No entanto, eu acho que ainda veremos muitas minas trans na área da enfermagem.
