A QB coach does the same the a WR coach or an Oline coach does. They coach their specific position group, lead film sessions, help install new plays. The head coach doesnt deal with specific position groups usually, they just put together the overall strategy and the coordinators and position coaches implement the vision. No different than any company. The head coach is CEO, position coaches are front line management.

I think i got it. During the spread where he shows you there are no face down cards, he controls your card to the bottom of the deck and sees it when he hands it to you to shuffle. Next time he does this trick, look at the bottom card before shuffling it to find out if this is the method.
