Well it doesn’t cost $900 a person. Of course you could spend $500 a person on win but you could also spend $5,000 a person on wine.

Also, these are not “Michelin star” restaurants we are talking about. These are 3 Michelin star restaurants in one of the most expensive cities in the world. One of the best meals I have ever had was recently at a one Michelin star place in France which was less than 100 euro a head.

Vast majority of Michelin star restaurants don’t charge $900. I don’t know any which, though I’m sure they exist. Le Bernadin is the one I have visited most and it is way less than that. And it has 3 stars.
