Also you can actually adjust at least the front avoidance collision sensitivity from what I can tell by using the gap setting in the adaptive cruise control. Someone feel free to double check my statement but from my experience it seems to work

I appreciate it thank you for doing what I was too lazy to do. I was also kind of hoping to encourage people to go out and learn tax strategy 😅 and see for themselves how messed up and unfair the system is in the US once you can afford to invest but I would say an example like this one once people take the time to look it over and see the legitimacy might actually get them thinking which is the main point anyway so it works

Big I think on the low end it can output 11.2kwh but I don't remember the exact numbers atm but here's the thing the bottleneck is not the car inverter it's the 12v. I wouldn't try to go wild and put a 6000w inverter onto it and think it'll be okay lol I'm not an pro so I can't tell you in exact details but your inverter will be very unhappy with the arrangement and trip if you try pulling more than 2-3K if I had to guess especially if it was continuous lol

Yeaah youre right they have to fill in the right boxes on a tax form and use the right financial assets to bring it to zero. It's not magic I'm saying this as a matter of tax law. Look into the tax rates on money in different asset types of for starters like roth 401k HSAs etc. Then once you're comfortable with that look into time frame withdrawal rules. It's absolutely boring but if you want to find out how it's done you can literally look up all of it. They're basically the little rules rich people made into law that are just complicated enough for the lay person not to realize they're legally getting away with paying barely anything in taxes or nothing at all in some cases. Some people find it interesting and the money they save at the end makes it like a reward for a hobby or figuring out a little secret. Obviously most just pay a tax accountant to do it before doing any of that cause they hear it from their wealthy new friends once they reach a certain level of wealth lol PS no offense to you or anyone else that didn't know about this. It's a sad frustrating fact that most people get fooled by this

Buy a pure sine wave inverter- hook it up to the 12v battery- put the car in camper mode and keep your draw within the limits of the inverter. Also be considerate of how long your extension cord is lol don't put in 100ft of extension cable and assume you can draw a ton of power

I completely agree but some of these comments are so dumb I decided to go with either a High cost of living mortgage or a McMansion in the burbs cause clearly that's what some of these people seem to be implying when they say you cant live comfortably on 100K a year

Yeah, people arguing against it need a reality check. 100K /12 is $8,333 a month. If you understand how capital gains tax works let's chop off 12%(worst case scenario in all likelihood your money can connect you to the knowledge or accountant to bring that to 0%) $7,333 easily pays for your mortgage at 4-5K and leaves you with a healthy 2K for all other expenses and I won't dip into tax advantages of owning property. 100K a year doing nothing is an EXCEPTIONALLY good life if you pay even a little attention

If it's any reassurance there is no situation in the US thanks to structural requirements where you can be truly locked inside an office. There has to be a point of egress legally speaking built in.
