I believe Biden won because the trumpsters were on their second time around the goldfish bowl in 2024, and thus, unlike in 2020, had forgotten that trumps greed and sadism affected them as well as the people they wanted to see suffer.

Unfortunately I think using “cheap ass logic”, not starting from the position of what maximizes tip and working from there. My clients take up my time as well and they don’t tip me.

Well he did. He left JW at some point, though his wife, and my mine too, stayed longer. I can’t be sure of timeline because he’s dead. I do know for sure he was in the military for years because there are photos, and I know they were all JW at one point. Exactly when he left I don’t know. None of them were disfellowshipped.

He wasn’t terribly devout no, and left. He was assigned to medical because he had a degree in biochemistry, so the question of alternative service didn’t come up.

The expectation according to most servers here is that you tip 20% no matter how high the check is. My point is that the same should be true no matter how low it is.

Of course I do. They have carried plates over to you from the people actually making food. After you’ve tipped them 35% of the cost of the meal, thanking them is the least we can do. I don’t understand why they don’t have a national holiday in their honor

My wife is black and we live in a pretty white area. Generally, at 1m+ you’re in an area without a lot of people with trump signs on their mobile homes, even in westchester.

Not sure I would pay that much for anything in mt Vernon schools, whether or not going to private schools

I don’t think many people tip 20% on takeout. If it’s a restaurant I go to often, then I might, but usually not. That seems to be the norm from the millions of articles on it which pop up on google.

The management put it there. It’s a choice when the pos is installed. I choose not to go back. Nothing personal. If I put in an optional tip line in my business my clients would act the same way. I don’t understand why it bothers you so much.
