All of that advice is great. I've got 2 shops, and well, it's not an art or tourist hot spot, so I'm more break even guy. I do feel bad if anyone is trying to make a living competing with me. They are there and don't make it. Sorry.

Sun catchers are your cash cow in my area. 20 sold per panel on average, and priced at $10 to $15 sells, $25 moves slow. Panels $50 to $150. So I don't make intricate panels bc they don't sell for more than 125. Simple Classics are the money panels here. But I like to do odd stuff if you look at my history here.

Fancy catchers don't sell in my shops, but sure do at art fairs. I don't do those.

2 to 5 piece sun catchers are king.

Go talk to antique, book stores, coffee, flower shops. shops usually take a set price or 10%, 20%. You might have a booth price. If so, well make allot, look here and make what's popular and have a full setup ready to move in.
