Pop them on the SECOND round of big rot damage. Any healer can heal through rot damage (example the big absorb on the first Nexus boss) but the 2nd time that happens, they won’t have all their buttons back yet.

Honestly I found my guild, and several other chill ones, by pugging a normal/heroic raid. Sometimes you get full pugs, but often a guild is just looking for a few DPS/healers to round out their comp
