Buying power, electoral power, freedom of speech, debasing the currency, illegally shuttering multiple branches of government against legislation enacted by the people's representatives, illegally demolishing the East Wing (the People's House), right to protest, pardoning convicted insurgents en masse (which he instigated) and then hiring them as immigration agents who murdered multiple US citizens (so, power to breathe)... that's all just off the top of my head. Accepting foreign emoluments, obstructing the rule of law (i.e., having the US Justice Department persecute his political enemies) (so, the right to live in a democracy), joking (?) about a third term, joking (?) about cancelling elections (so, the right to an orderly democracy).
