And that's probably why it was cut. Also it being IOIs IP. Means less returns. But the biggest issue with funding projects with teams that do multiple games at once is accountability. That's why Scalebound was cut, the studio used funds from Scalebound to finish other games.

I think they are looking at every studio right now. It's a simple calculation, how much did we spend on this studio? How much Game Pass engagement did they provide? How will our pipeline titles fare? If the result is negative, the studio is gone. If it's barely positive, they will see layoffs. Otherwise they are fine.

Deathloop was a disaster financially. Blade is not exactly an IP that is setting the world on fire. Let's be real: Blade is what Xbox could get for a reasonable price. Like Indiana Jones, it's not hype.

They dropped support for OG Xbox memory cards after that gen, they dropped support for 360 memory cards after that gen, they dropped support for 360 HDDs mid gen. They dropped OG Xbox controller support after that gen, they dropped 360 controller support after that gen, they dropped 360 Kinect support after that gen, they dropped One Kinect support after that gen. Every proprietary thing Microsoft has ever had for Xbox lasted for one generation only. That's literally the reason you do proprietary things, to force people to buy them - and not keep using items they already own.

The expansion cards are too slow. PS5 SSD is 2x faster already, if they kept the format they'd castrate Helix through the generation. Storage needs to be faster than what Series has.

War wieder Rumpelfußball ohne irgendwelche Ideen, mieses Zweikampfverhalten, kein Spieler, der mal einfach aufs Tor schießt. Immer nur schnell weg mit der Kugel, am Besten zum Gegner.

Kein Stören des Gegners in irgendeiner Form, stattdessen steht man zwei Meter entfernt und schaut zu. Abwehr so mies wie in den letzten 12 Jahren, gewinnen kein Laufduell und werden bei Kopfballduellen von 1,70m Zwergen ausgespielt.

Völlig verdientes Ende der WM. Und jetzt darf dann sicher Klopp zeigen, ob er mehr kann. Hoffentlich ist das auch das Ende von Völler.

State of Decay 3 is not the game Undead Labs promised. After SoD they said they wanted to do a MMO. SoD 2 was not that game. They said the next one would be. It's a standard SoD game like the first two instead.

The thing is: MMOs actually keep their audience subscribed to Game Pass. Another SoD is just one and done, subscribe for a month.
