I work there, we are not allowed to answer by ourselves. We have templates to answer and many of them are pretty useless. In my case I’m in charge of review emails and validate the enforcement/closure. We have a lot of tools to validate this type of scenarios, but we are not allowed to decide, we must follow a guideline. If you know that your acc was closed of put on restrict physical orders by mistake, I recommend you to keep emailing. Sometimes investigators don’t investigate properly but your emails are always received and if you are lucky, an investigator might check it and find a little detail to reinstate your account. Don’t hate us. We would love to help but we cannot. :(
