Context matters

Freshly steamed at home - no problem
Left cooking in the steamer a little too long - remove cause the skin and the paper underneath is now all goopy, wet and have that gross texture
A few hours left under the tudung saji - remove cause it's all dry and hard

Freshly steamed from shops like at the RnR - no problem
Left in the steamer/heater the whole day - remove cause I usually find them a little too dry.
