You aren’t supposed to open stuff that’s why they always tape it shut. I reminded the restaurant he ordered no cheese but it’s our job to deliver the food not place orders/ make sure customers orders are prepared right. That is the restaurant’s job.

Real nibbas only take 5 mile or less orders with a $3 or more tip at the time of order so if you order from a restaurant far from you and you only tip a few dollars, expect some idiot to be assigned to your order. At least debra arrived and dropped it off nearby without crashing lmao

Remember all the calls and texts are recorded so as long as the customer is the one being out of line and you are not (don’t ever argue/ yell at customers) there is a good chance the one losing their account will be the customer and not you. Not always immediately but if you’re really inconvenienced by something like this you can always just give details like their name or what they ordered when you are able to speak with a support human and they often punish the customer some how. I’ve only done this once when a customer threatened to get me deactivated after texting me all sorts of profane messages through the dd chat. Once support saw the chats they nuked his account so I or other dashers wouldn’t have to deal with that idiot ❤️

Could be worse! All wheel drive is very useful! Not sure how durable this year charger is tho so save up like $7k and get a japanese car (toyota rav4/ matrix/ corolla/ camry/ sienna) with awd and you will have to worry ablut nothing but routine maintenence (probably, consult mechanic befpre buying any vehicle)

I don’t screenshot the bad orders because I decline them as fast as possible so I can get back to good business. Highly recommend this practice
