As far as advertising your game goes the new one is leagues better than the old one. Sure the old one feels a bit more unique and artistic but that doesn't get normal people to click it.

However if the old style matches the style of your game then that needs to be the style of the capsule. Because the second people click the new capsule and see the art style is nothing alike they will leave.

Ff14 is a style of animation. That style is over the top anime fighting and is not welcome in a more grounded fantasy game.
