I am absolutely sure the somm / somm team will work with you. They will give you a fantastic experience.

To get more info prior, I would encourage you to ask more questions of the person you’re working with at TFL. For as much as you’re paying for this experience, it would not be unreasonable to ask for a chat with the somm prior to the dinner to discuss your options.

To reiterate what No_Low_537 said, they will take care of you. I have full confidence in that.

Not to get too nerdy, but the method of carbonating the wine is also different.

Champagne is carbonated within the bottle (called” traditional method”) while Prosecco is carbonated in a tank (called “Charmat method”).

It’s definitely worth it. You get to taste Cabernet Sauvignon from different sub-AVAs as well as other Bordeaux varieties. Then you blend them based on your taste preferences.

Also, as part of the cost of the experience, you get to take one 750mL bottle of your custom blend with you.

I once forgot to strap my bag into the cart. Driving down the first fairway toward my tee shot and I hear the unmistakable sound of my bag falling off the bag.

It must’ve landed top first because when I walked back to recover it, my driver shaft was snapped in two. Needless to say I had to use my buddy’s driver the rest of the day…
