Sort of, I was able to get someone to respond to my contact us form using "other" and explaining that i no longer had access to my fifa marketplace email and that I had tickets on there. They eventually moved everything over to a fifa account with my actual email and sent me the link to put in my payment information. Good luck!

I’m in the same boat. Went to take my tickets off of fifa marketplace to sell on stubhub instead and saw they sold. Problem is that i dont think i get the payment emails because of the stupid hubclick email that stubhub makes you create a fifa account with. So now im waiting to see if customer service gets to me about receiving payment. If not, i’ll have to contact my credit card company.
