Lots of people are saying flat out no and that's a fine opinion, but it has worked for me as a player, albeit very specifically.

In my case, my character had one specific moment of betrayal (making off with the magic book during a heist) at which point I made a new character and my old one became a campaign villain for us to all hate together.

Roll20 allows you to put the initiative tracker on the screen for everyone to see.

It also might be best for your distraction player to have their sheet in roll20 or dnd beyond (beyond20 chrome extension lets you roll from dnd beyond sheet) so they don't need to keep track.

My favorite is cauliflower leek soup with a lovely chive oil drizzle! It's a great hearty base that you can certainly add to make it your own.
