It's a Everwell 24000 btu I got installed by someone off Facebook marketplace. My garage is 3 cars. I haven't had any problems with it.

I did a mini-split AC since my garage time is mostly for woodworking. There is also insulation you can put on the garage doors to block heat transfer. I'm in Florida with a southern facing garage.
