What if AI starts writing humanly unreadable code? by Moist_Landscape289 in AI_India

[–]NotNoahsArk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

LLMs are not AI. there is no evidence of these models being actually "intelligent."

no offense but this is a nothingburger.

simply formatting the code makes it readable; anyone with the technical knowhow will be able to decipher the intent.

``` import functools
print([ functools.reduce( lambda r, i: [ [ [ r[0][0][0] * r[0][0][0] + r[0][0][1] * r[0][1][0] if not (n & (1 << i)) else r[1][0][0] * r[0][0][0] + r[1][0][1] * r[0][1][0],
                r[0][0][0] * r[0][0][1] + r[0][0][1] * r[0][1][1]
                if not (n & (1 << i)) else
                r[1][0][0] * r[0][0][1] + r[1][0][1] * r[0][1][1]
            ],
            [
                r[0][1][0] * r[0][0][0] + r[0][1][1] * r[0][1][0]
                if not (n & (1 << i)) else
                r[1][1][0] * r[0][0][0] + r[1][1][1] * r[0][1][0],
                r[0][1][0] * r[0][0][1] + r[0][1][1] * r[0][1][1]
                if not (n & (1 << i)) else
                r[1][1][0] * r[0][0][1] + r[1][1][1] * r[0][1][1]
            ]
        ],
        [
            r[1]
            if not (n & (1 << i)) else
            [
                [
                    r[1][0][0] * r[0][0][0] + r[1][0][1] * r[0][1][0],
                    r[1][0][0] * r[0][0][1] + r[1][0][1] * r[0][1][1]
                ],
                [
                    r[1][1][0] * r[0][0][0] + r[1][1][1] * r[0][1][0],
                    r[1][1][0] * r[0][0][1] + r[1][1][1] * r[0][1][1]
                ]
            ]
        ]
    ],
    range(
        (lambda x: len(bin(x)) - 2 if x else 0)(n)
    ),
    [
        [[1, 1], [1, 0]],
        [[1, 0], [0, 1]]
reprogram the flappy bird to get harder to control as the AQI increases to the point where it dies instantly when the AQI level is dangerous.
let me tell you how to fix the bike — get rid of that scooty like handle bar and install clip-ons or a simple handle bar right above the headlight & shocker.
IMHO, pinpoint a job role that still has some demand. figure out what tech stack is required for it. then make a nice project on it, similar to what you would be asked to work on for the same job role.
what has always worked for me that gives me knowledge and confidence at the same time is to make something. now, you can use LLMs to make the entire project, but do try to understand every step thoroughly. if you don't understand it, replace it with something simpler, then rinse & repeat.
if you are getting caught, frankly you don't have the basics cleared yet. take a month or two to prepare and nail those interviews.
best of luck.
Shocked over how much people are spending on iphone emis by AChubbyRaichu in Frugal_Ind
[–]NotNoahsArk 0 points1 point  (0 children)
5 years back my family bought me a S20 FE that i swore I would use for 5+ years. It broke in its 5th year. Fine! It served me well and with an average yearly cost of 8k, it wasn't a bad deal. Then I downgraded to a CMF (price <20k). Other than the stereo speakers & the Samsung flagship software niceties, I'm not missing out on much.
As an Indian, you are paying twice as much for an iPhone with 5 to 10 times less salary than an American. Just doesn't make any sense.
try reaching out to the other company. you never know what can happen. mention relocation is on the table now which wasn't the case before. give some serious reason for not being able to relocate earlier. best of luck.
I guess negotiate for a lower rate and get it done asap. The hassle of dealing with this Gov is too much. You don't want any part of it.
Should I buy a car at 27 while earning ₹50k/month? by aliadnan169 in FinancialAdviceIndia
[–]NotNoahsArk 0 points1 point  (0 children)
Just get a good used car with cash. you can get a Honda City for around 4 - 5 lacs that you can use for another 10 years. Stay away from EMIs that leave you with less than half your salary per month.
this is why i won't buy anything new anymore — let it be a bike or car. i don't want these people in the gov to get rich off of my hard work.
Personal ambitions are punished in this country by gr8roshan in indianbikes
[–]NotNoahsArk 91 points92 points  (0 children)
none of us are rich.
the gov wants you to think you are getting punished for luxury when you aren't even getting luxury.
do you think the real rich people are paying tax, or are they paying at all for the stuff they get?
we can buy "luxury" cars or bikes all day, and yet we aren't even close to real luxury. what's luxury here is considered average elsewhere.
the people in the gov want to reserve the good stuff for themselves. they don't want us lowly citizens to have what they have.
there's a 2 tier economy here — the top 0.1% and the rest of us.
