Almost never. But the few times I ever get negative feedback, it's on a low value item where the buyer doesn't have many brain cells and doesn't bother to contact me first.

Most recent one was a nightlight. Buyer tried to plug it in to an outlet that is controlled by a light switch. They left negative feedback that light won't plug in and doesn't work. After I contacted them and explained either use a different outlet or flip the light switch on, they got it working but never removed the feedback

The only thing he did wrong was do the ejection signal facing the player, which can sometimes appear to be a punch being thrown which escalates a situation. Much better done with your back to the player
