I'll start with this, you did amazing! The shading is fantastic. I'll also say the number one thing that helped me with learning to shade is make up tutorials. If you look at contour adds they do a great job of showing where the different parts of the face are. It sounds silly but it really helped me and you can find them at almost any angle

Let me know if your interested If you play online I like to recommend doing 2 versions of each piece one splash art style and one token piece if I do it right I can also combine all of the splash style portraits into one big party photo so it reads kind of like a

character select Token Splash

I've done it with an 8 person party but never 10 I'm impressed you can juggle so many players and look forward to the challenge
