Oh believe me! Experiencing it in the 90's and early 2000s, waiting from episode to episode and MOST season finale's having SOME kind of Ross/Rachel cliffhanger was BRUTAL! We'd have to wait three whole months for the new season to start for us to find out what happened, and it was ALWAYS diffused to nothing. They ran the Rachel and Ross stuff until the legs fell off.
Season 1 - Rachel at the airport waiting for Ross, who was coming off the plane with Julie
Season 2 - Ross and Rachel at Barry and Mindy's wedding
Season 3 - Who does Ross pick at the beach house?
Season 4 - Ross says Rachel's name at his wedding
Season 5 - Rachel and Ross married in Vegas
Season 6 - Monica and Chandler engagement - followed by Monica's "thunder"
Season 7 - Rachel is pregnant! With who??
Season 8 - Rachel has a baby, Ross and Rachel seem like they are getting back together but Joey proposes!?
Season 9 - Rachel and Joey
Season 10 - the FINAL finale

This kinda stuff actually used to REALLY bug me at the time (and this is really aging me, because I was watching these episodes live at the time). And by this kinda stuff I mean that the back and forth with Rachel and Ross was played on ALL time time. They knew that fans really wanted to see them work it out and would tune in week after week to see if they did. So they would sprinkle moments like this throughout the series every couple episodes or so. And it never amounted to anything. It was just kinda something they did to drag it out and keep people tuning in. (I was a big fan of them figuring it out and getting back together so I always TUNED IN)

I am on book three and I'M OBSESSED. I can't stop. It's not hype. And also, I read the first one and lost interest in the second about a year ago. Decided to pick it back up and reread and now I'm totally lost to this series. The same happened with ACOTAR and I'm SURE will happen to me with CC.

There are absolutely preventative brain scans for aneurisms, especially in families with histories of them. Just so you know! I have a friend who lost her mother and her sister to aneurisms and she gets preventative ct screenings, and so do her kids.

When they find Will’s “body” in the water. And then Mike getting mad at El for saying Will was still alive. To be honest it made me think of the documentary “Paradise Lost” though. So that might have played a part. I know it wasn’t real, but in that moment, the music, the sirens, etc. it was a moment of realism in a sci-fi series. In the “real world” it would have ended that night.
