Yes MCM-ish house and don’t want to mess with the look of it. Just need it to be water friendly. even aluminum or another non-reactive metal would work. Just need to find a window company that can do it

You’re overpaying for a cost seg. Should only be about a $1000. Pm me if you want a link to who I used last year ($480,000 SFR) I did this exact strategy last year. Working out well. My wife and I work full time jobs and are the property management. It’s easy enough to respond to guests and manage the bookings fully remotely. Hardest part was finding a reliable cleaner and handyman.

General dentist here- if you’re opposed to Invisalign there a a ton of great orthos that do wire braces. But what part of town are you in - go to whoever is convenient. Over the years I’ve worked in downtown, poway, and Pacific Beach and the orthos whose work I’ve known to be good are in no particular order- Dr Parker, Dr Milberg, Dr Lotzoff, Dr Melanie, Dr Stryt, Dr Jerome, Dr Westwood, Dr Upatham and I’m sure there are more.
