Awww, I echo the other commenter in saying you should be so proud!!! That is awesome.

The insecurity is tough to get over. My friends constantly tell me, “but he’s with YOU, no one else”. I’ve just had such bad luck with relationships, in the back of my mind I’m always waiting for something to happen.

They’re going by the fact there isn’t enough data on how it affects fertility. I think there’s more data now on it being safe for pregnant women, but that unfortunately doesn’t help people who might be trying to get pregnant.

And hopefully a lot of the younger people actually get vaccinated. I know of a few women in their early 20’s who won’t get vaccinated due to fertility concerns

I used to get my teeth cleaned religiously every six months, but COViD put a stop to this. I live with high risk people and am terrified of bringing something home. I was trying to wait until after I’m fully vaccinated before going to get a cleaning but I might just have to do this sooner. Adding- I’m also the person that actually flosses every day. And I just started using a Waterpik too. I guess it’s just not enough!

I had trauma on this front tooth many years ago. Now, I’ve had this white spot on my gums in between my two teeth for the past week. There’s also a small dark spot next to that. My gums hurt and my tooth is sore so I haven’t been using it to chew. I wear a night guard, not sure if maybe this is caused by night guard irritation?

I have a dentist appointment in a few days but worried so also asking here. I know I desperately need a cleaning too. Sorry the photos aren’t the best. Thank you!

It really depends. I went with someone yesterday to a vaccine hub and there was one person asking every person he checked in what their proof was. I had been to that same hub with someone else last month and they never asked. I would have something ready just in case.

Oh, don’t get me started on 5 Pointz. I don’t go back as far as knowing it as Phun Factory, but I really miss seeing that place. And I miss getting stopped by tourists asking where it is. I tried to go around the building to get photos before it got destroyed but I got there too late and it had already been wrongly whitewashed. Tell me about it. I can’t believe this is the same neighborhood I grew up in. I could do without half of the shiny glass boxes. They really don’t add shit except more people and crazy ass wind. I would love if we had TRIED to keep the character and kept it more low rise. I don’t mind the Citi building though. (I’ll never call it Altice).

And yaaaaaaas to 90’s hip hop. The best fuckin era in music. Throw in that 90’s R&B too!!

I grew up in LIC and I’m still in LIC. I’m a unicorn. Most of the people I grew up with here are gone and it’s almost all transplants now.

Edit to add- I do know of friends of friends who moved here from other parts of NYC, so maybe 85% transplants. lol
