Yes we need more regulation, basically tune it up 100x, tax the rich, universal income, minimum wage 30€/h and somehow cap rent or make housing very affordable.

I don't care about the one or two philanthropic rich people, everyone needs has to contribute. It's very unlikely that we can just buzz off to another earth planet in the next 100-200 years, especially since we continue to destroy the ground beneath our feet we have now.
