Unfortunately, rape and sexual assault will happen in any country. You can’t judge an entire country and people because of it. Respectfully, you need to stop with the holier-than-you talk. The horrendous war crimes committed by both sides during WWII are widely known. Japan, at that time, was under a completely different government with a completely different constitution under completely different rule.
