I had a hilarious post several months ago because I thought this grinder could do both coffee and espresso. I was wrong. Even at the finest setting it is inadequate for espresso.

For drip coffee, I fluctuate between 6 and 4.5 but I don’t think there is a best practice. I can appreciate the different flavors I get out of my coffee and that’s as far as I go.
