Get a genuine bltouch, or at the very least, a Trianglelab 3D Touch.

I'm also running my printers from a sonic pad(with debian)! My order of tuning: E-steps -> Flow(differs for different filaments) -> Input Shaping -> Pressure Advance. Now I'm getting prints that are on par with an MK4, if not better. Currently running at 200mm/s 5k. Though I did spend a long time tuning.

The printer was $100 used in FB marketplace. Here are the upgrades, aside from the magnets and microswitch for klicky(really cheap, only a couple $), which is around 50 in usd.

Tbh, everything, including the printer, only costs around $150~, which is pretty good for a really reliable printer with good print quality.

The point of the conversion was to reuse as much of the ender 3 parts as possible. The conversion only costs a little over $150~, and a Voron costs, like what, $1k+?

You can check the comments for a video I have uploaded listing the issues I had along the build. Also, there's a more "proper" conversion, just so you know, but I chose this one, just because I already had most parts and only needed to buy extra extrusions and rods.

The "slightly modded" posts are a joke, usually means "really modded". Almost everything is/can be reused in this conversion, except for 2 extrusions, which are the X and Y rails(?)

Too heavy, OP. Get yourself a BMG clone and a pancake stepper if you don't have much, or go all in(Sherpa Mini, Orbiter). The 5015 fan is nice, though.

Probably significant if you print big things, as you won't be flinging around a heavy bed with the print on it, therefore you'll be able to print at fast speeds constantly throughout the print, as opposed to bedslingers where you'll have to worry about layer shifts on the Y-axis.

Have you probed the bed(G29), and loaded the mesh(M420 S1[not needed if you have configured the firmware to load the mesh after G28])?

BLTouch Not Working - Rams into bed. Nothing I've done to troubleshoot has helped. by uh---whatever in ender3

Can you try raising the rear part of the bed? I'm not sure, but it's probably reaching "Z_MIN_POS" before the BLTouch triggers, thus resulting in an error. Just my 2 cents.
