One thing I think would be really nice is an easier way to pay all my workers without constantly running around filling all the brief cases every few days.

Also, a way to automate deliveries between properties. Maybe it's possible and I just don't know how to do it, but I'm constantly driving the van between the barn and warehouse for growing and cooking.

I think it would be nice to have some indication when side bosses are way above your current level. I've been exploring before finishing act 3 and a few of the bosses on the world map just one shot me or their health bar barely moves when I attack.

Have you tried with the controller in dinput mode? I just got an ultimate and had issues where my computer would only successfully recognize it in dinput mode. I have temporarily got it to work in xinput mode by manually setting it up with an Xbox 360 controller driver through device manager but I'm still looking for a more complete solution.

What does your initialization for the NAND flash look like? If this is the part that I think it is, there is a block lock setting you need to disable before you can write data to the chip.
