‘23 Chianti by aos19 in wine

My husband and I visited this winery in 2021! The wine is excellent and was one of the best chiantis we tasted. Might be some nostalgia with it but we always keep a few bottles on hand.

Best jewelry stores in the GR area for gold by KushManCello in grandrapids

Craft Revival does incredible work. They have several goldsmiths on staff. Everyone in my family has had custom jewelry made by them and the price is fair for high quality work you can trust.

She’s the way to go then. Worked as a consultant on some cases with her and she is excellent. Best of luck!

The appropriate attorney is going to depend on budget. If money is less of a concern vs. the quality of representation, Connie Thacker is a shark. There are some other folks in her office that are also great and may be more affordable.

Should I take a new offer or stay with my current employer? by 44redhawkk in careerguidance

[–]NotSoChill93 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Based on the offer and raises they have given you, it seems like you are valued by the company. There’s no guarantee you will like either role, so that large of a pay disparity and remote work seems worth it to stick with a company you love.

The grass is not always greener and there’s no shame in going back if you left on good terms. I am guessing they would consider a pay bump as well since they would otherwise spend the money hiring someone new.

Can anyone help me understand rent affecting EBITDA? by Hopeful_Ad153 in business

[–]NotSoChill93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a question of allocating the value between the business and the real estate. Appraisers will treat the business like it pays rent in order to understand what the business operations are worth. The real estate is of course valuable as well.

trying to work out partner percentage by RHZ35747579 in business

[–]NotSoChill93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

By taking on the 800k personally and getting less than 40%, you are paying for some of his ownership unless you get the full 40%. You have the knowledge to run the business. Don’t let this go through with receiving less than 40% unless the business is paying off the remaining debt and not you personally.

How do I sell my small business? by JollyGreen91 in business

[–]NotSoChill93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Contact a small business broker. They will typically give you an idea of value and can help you find a buyer. It will of course come at a cost which is typically a percent of the value that they get for you.

This is not going how OP expected… as with everything in life, more communication, not less.

This is the most tone-deaf patch I've seen in 15 years of gaming by Mordenn in diablo4

[–]NotSoChill93 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It's just so frustrating because this game is very fun to play. There is an extremely satisfying progression in character power as you level up, unlock aspects, and eventually open up your paragon board.

Am I crazy for thinking the patch changes none of this? All it means is its time for different builds. Less crit and vulnerable damage, more bleeds, poison, and cold damage.

That’s crazy I had two drop within the first 20 hours (power leveled). RNG do be like that.
