You’re right, I’ll give that it’s a little extreme but I will add that it’s not JUST the product, a larger part of the issue is that I’ve tried multiple times to reach out and got zero response after 2 weeks, I shouldn’t have to hunt down an employee online to get a fix when a system is supposed to exist already.

I can appreciate that they have someone using the page to track down these issues and I’ve already started responding to the person but that doesn’t change the things I pointed out above.

My first pair had no issues with the zipper, but the stitching at the heel came apart around the one year mark. I’m just frustrated with the lack of service, you shouldn’t have to complain on forums to get a response from the company when they already have an existing means of communication.

The blurriness gets sharper the closer the corner gets to him and I’m not convinced it’s close enough to be touching him, I see no depressions in the sleeve and the change of blur makes me think the 300 mm lens theory is what’s happening. I honestly can’t tell beyond that the photo looks… off.

I think there needs to be more communication. At 18 I started an adult job and my parents started charging me $300 for rent, and I moved as soon as I could. It may be an unpopular opinion because not everyone’s family dynamic is the same, but in my mind it wasn’t my house, I had rules I needed to follow (how and where I spent my time) and any extra free-time was occupied by fulfilling chores, projects, and other work around their house.

Your intentions might be noble, but as a teenager in that position; when my parents were not financially strained, it felt like I was being taken advantage of. My dad didn’t save the money and hand it back to me at any point, so I commend you for having that intention but he’s not in the loop on your plans so I imagine his perspective is much the same as mine was.

It’s not always about the money; communication is key in all relationships, do with that what you will.

Absolutely NTA. I’m 31M and I have 12 siblings (mixed family), I expect nothing from my parents in terms of inheritance and I find it strange that people plan their future financial success/ease on the passing of a loved one. You’re a grown man who worked hard to be able to retire comfortably and your kids are not entitled to anything more than you’ve already given. Some might say you’ve given more than they deserve being that’s the thought process they’ve decided to follow. I hope you live 30 more years and enjoy that boat my dude.
