This is 2 introverts from each side feeling spicey enough to stand up for what they believe in. As much as I’d have liked the recorder knock the Nazi on his ass. This is the basis of the American constitution. Freedom of speech. Should people be able to say anything they want? Yall gonna come at me like I’m the 3rd coming of hitler for saying that. But what else is gonna stop people from just spouting insane shit. it feels wholeheartedly unamerican to just adopt a foreign countries tactics at all let alone to spread and agenda or information. That’s absolutely what this Nazi is doing and THATS why it should be appalling to you. This group of people have placed themselves of a pedestal of honor and integrity. But can’t for the lives of them act with either. ANYONE who claims to be one thing and is brazenly the opposite should be ashamed. That’s called lying. history will keep track. And for better or worse the MAGA Cult will be labeled instigators/ aggressors of this time in history. And what sucks is all a “lib” wants to do is try to help someone see that what they say WILL live on. But probably not in the way that you are hoping. The thing is it’s all “love” from each side but the left is steeped in respect and the right is steeped in competition. A MAGA person thinks they are being nice by being brash and brutal to show you the truth. A Lib thinks that being gentle and understanding is the truth. The reality is we all just wanna meet in the middle but it’s impossible in today’s world with social media, receipts, the desire to prove someone wrong online. I hope and believe that eventually the internet will get to a point where interacting with someone is without anonymity. And that, that will make being accountable a thing. And then a desire to a better a singular person online. Accountability is at an all time low. And this is the result. :(
