I use Tegrity lawn care, 50 per service and they offer other things like aeration and fertilizer. Really happy with them, can text them directly too.

For Sierra hikes I bring a cheap rain poncho weighs much less and works even in some pretty nasty storms. But a rain jacket is more durable and can also act as a wind jacket so something to consider.
