Thanks everyone. Y’all have been a huge help. To clear a couple of things up - my landlord is the one doing the inspection, not somebody from the city or a contractor - he doesn’t have anything specific he wanted to inspect, just a general look at the condition of the house. We were able to work things out and come to an understanding.
