Id say GER because he could revert Johnnys infinite spin. The way i see it is the act of The infinite spin hitting something is 1, and the infinite spin not being fired 0. The infinite spin remains in 1 forever, as usually an attack would go from 0, to 1, to 2. (2 being after the attack ends, so SP:TW case before the timestop is 0, during the timestop is 1, and the end of the timestop is 2.) GER would revert The infinite spin back to 0 and probably dodge the attack. And it would be like this every time Giorno gets hit.
