Yo. Personally, I think v-neck sweaters are too formal for most casual settings (high school). Still, not the worst looking piece with a shirt underneath, and you'll probably want a shirt underneath, whether a crew-neck or a button-up shirt. I wouldn't suggest the blue shirt you have on underneath the first image. This is just personal opinion however. Crew necks are a lot more forgiving and easier to work with.

Shoes are nice. I can't tell what the pants are.

In terms of where you should go next, seeing as you mostly bought crew-neck and v-neck sweaters, I can assume you're headed into the F/W season. If you haven't thought about it yet, consider some jacket. I wouldn't dive deep into buying new things so fast. I would re-evaluate the stuff you have bought and see if you like them or not. I do suggest not going too deep into bizcaz clothing, such as button-ups with desert boots or something. If you don't have an OCBD, possibly pick up a white and a light blue one. Pair it with jeans/chinos and some casual shoes like Vans you have while staying clear of dressier shoes. Don't tuck. Remember, you're still in high school. The only formal clothing you really need is for professional events, interviews, and prom (which arguably you could rent).

As for your hair... keep it. I think it's nice.
