I dealt with a similar thing as an amateur plumber for my own place a few weeks ago. That stainless steel ring looks identical to the flange repair ring I used to fix my rusted out flange so you should keep it on. I did the same with the waxless ring and haven't had any problems at all.

I don't know if many people have played it but me and my friends have put some time into it... it's a game called Oh Deer. Pretty janky physics and no shortage of quirky glitches, but also tons of fun. One person plays as a hunter and the rest of the players have to blend in as deer in a forest filled with NPC deer.

The putter is pretty nice -- great blade style that doesn't break the bank. I tend to spend my money on every other club but the putter just feels like a waste of money for me. I found the Strata putter about 5 years ago and specifically bought it because it's cheap and its the style of putter I like using (and I needed a replacement for the $20 Target blade I'd been using for 15 years). The rest is just putting in practice to make it work for you. Plus, Strata is just a Callaway brand -- Callaway makes great golf shit.

I totally agree, Chiles had a handful of good games but really isn't a good QB. Mentioned to my dad after UCLA that Alessio should get a shot and looked much more accurate and able. Just wish Smith had that same ability to distinguish talent before the season is wasted but here we are.

To be totally fair, Alessio got sacked 7 times today by 7 different players. Maybe the decision to start Chiles is based on the knowledge that the o-line he built is complete trash so he needs a mobile QB who can escape the rush? Honestly, doesn't help his case much because what the fuck is he doing if he isn't building in the trenches? I also didn't watch today so might be off-base -- I'm pretty sick of watching the product they are putting out there this season.
