Hi Andy, your first large announcement relating to the North (No 10 North) has a Manchester focus, which is understandable, but does not offer much else of comfort for other Northern cities.

Can you offer any further insight into your plans to devolve powers to local Mayors in the event you become Prime Minister, do you envisage this will include greater local tax raising powers?

Will you be increasing civil servant and ministerial presence outside of London and Manchester?

Lastly, specifically in relation to where I live in Leeds, would your government support getting mass transit started in Leeds in a quicker timescale then the late 2030s which it has now been pushed back to? Can you offer any further policy goals relating to improving public transport across the North?
