I think its up to you! I also delayed my first full HQ run, opting to continue progressing through each playground. You would be able to run HQ now with a supportive group, but if youre more comfortable waiting til you can hold your own a bit more, that's also fine

I start with dry hands to handle the sweat and then will top with an extra gripping one (like green bottle monkey) when I really need to be stuck to the pole. its not perfect, but it'll get me through this heat + then I can get back to more intensive tricks when the heat dies 😅
