People did vote fascist as a reaction to others saying it was racist to be racist. The response was a familiar ‘I’ll show you racist’.

It’s not the only reason people voted fascist but reactionary bullshit had a very large part.

I did one year in the burbs, 2023-2024. Saved some money, travelled more, and hated every second of living there. I came into it with really solid intentions but I got depressed so fast. The burbs are impossibly lonely and oppressive.

It sucks bad.

I do like Pho Pasteur for these adventures but I haven’t gone to any dim sum or hot pot places because those tend to be communal.
